This is the original commercial clinical model by Total Gym, which can be used for home-use as well. While this model is several years old, it is still in excellent condition! Our physical therapy practice purchased this brand new when it came out as requested by one of our physical therapists. As time went on, our current therapist has not used it since. We have a plethora of other therapeutic/gym equipment and this must go to someone in need of a home gym or an extra piece of equipment for patient use in a clinical facility. Includes: Bi-lateral/Uni-lateral pulley system, swivel foot holder, squat stand, shoulder press handles, exercise flip chart, slide distance regulator, closed chain platform, user's guide manual Slide distance regulator limits the travel of the glideboard to control range of motion. The closed chain platform was made for unloading of the lower extremity, which allows you to vary the leg/foot position. The platform comes with an adjustable toe stand for calf/ankle exercises and a U-joint for attaching any BAPS or Wobble Board product. The exercise flip chart covers over 62 exercises, which allows you to perform them correctly. It also includes 8 pre-programmed fitness workouts. This model also adjusts to 10 different heights for varied resistance. It also folds up for easy storage and a space saver in your home or clinic. Dimension are specified below.
