the wheels are 3 lugs, new battery but it mite not be strong enough. last driven last summer. it needs a cylanoid switch. or how ever you spell it. we had started giving it. jump with jumper cables. but I forgot how we did it. trades welcome. see my other offers. this is about 4 or 5 feet long. fits adults comfortable. I would stay for ages 18 to 25 would have the most fun. normal size teenagers and up. I'm over 40 and I ride it. 500 or best offer
