This is my Alvarez acoustic electric guitar. It's in perfect condition with no scratches or dents. It has been professionally set up with low action, correct intonation, polished frets and rolled fingerboard edges. The strings are set low so they won't hurt your fingers and there is no fret buzz. The top, back, sides and neck are Mahogany. The fingerboard, headstock and bridge are Rosewood. The neck is nice and smooth with a satin finish. The fingerboard edges are rolled which feels nice and smooth. It has an exceptionally nice tone with excellent lows, mids and highs which project strong and clear. This is an acoustic electric with an active preamp, equalizer, tuner and a battery tester. The battery is easily accessible. It has a new set of strings. Overall, this is a very nice guitar that sounds and plays great. Thank you for checking my post.
