PICK UP ONLY, PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE Couch is 94” wide, deep seats with a mattress (requires feet to be put back on— will be included) All cushions are removable and can be washed. Smoke free, pet-friendly home. There is some damage, pictures have been added. Due to the deep seats, it does sink in the middle a bit which is why I pad it with a couple blankets. The couch is very comfy and has been well-loved, it’s just too big for the new place we are moving. Must be able to move without assistance by seller. The couch is on the second story.
