**ONLY 1 LEFT! Beautiful chair in good condition! Some rips on the back and light water spotting (see pictures), but they came like this. I cleaned them up some, placed them against a wall and they looked great! The wood is in great condition with minor scuff marks. Could always reupholster if you don’t like the fabric. H 33.5” W 25” L 28” I love these chairs, I just moved to a new apartment and don’t have the space. They need a new home :)
