She also needs a bottom job and the rudder requires delrin bushings, which is a 3-7yr periodic maintenance item on Pearson's. Something to consider. Can be single handed but better with 2. Intended to eliminate 3 of the thru-hulls on her next haulout to create a dry head, which I've epoxied. Don't care for black water. Water reservoir leaked, so I took that out and carry 6gal tank now. Last survey was 3yrs ago when I bought her. Selling at half her value in the hopes she can go to a loving owner that can give her the haul-out and time she needs to be back on the water for the beer can races in 2024. I love this beautiful boat and she will be sorely missed. Looking for the best forever home for her.
