If your looking for a place to buy a car i suggest that you do not go to this place, this place sales cars in a very bad condition that they will trick you into buying it then charging you more then the agreed price to work on maintenance issue when it’s already broken. Also employees are very dishonest and disrespectful just like their Ethiopian boss. And a very filthy environment poor sanitation.

So, about 4 days ago I purchased a 2004 Honda Accord  from their sister store “Red Sea motors” and yesterday my car was almost totaled and I was almost hit because my ball point shattered suddenly as I was crossing into a VERY busy two way street on iliff and Salem. The whole entire wheel suddenly came off and my car dropped, I am lucky to be alive. They said they inspected the car at queens auto but they lied. next, they said they changed the oil but all they did was take it out leaving it empty which is DANGEROUS, the power steering pump is completely out and they said they fixed that but did not. They lied about all of this stuff and even lied about the year of the car. They wouldn’t answer their phones until I called several times. The car also needed an alignment and they said they’d do it but again they lied. I am 20 years old and they 100% took advantage of that and they even made me pay for the towing of my car. I was just put in a very serious situation because they lied and should have never sold the car in that condition. Without the help of other kind & concerned strangers I would be in a terrible accident because my wheel suddenly came off in the middle of traffic… hear me when I say this is a terrible place to purchase from, RUN AWAY.

If I could give them no stars I would I am filing a complaint with the bbb they sold me a car and provided a title already signed by a Sandra Martinez and the title was out of state from California. Buyers beware. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I also had an issue where the guy i talked to on Facebook made me a deal with a cheaper price for cash and an extended warranty and when I got there to buy it all the lights were on the windshield was cracked and it didn't have a gear shift knob. The owner was oblivious to the cash price made a different offer said cash are as is had I not had the communication documented they would have not honored their deal. The car was completely false advertised I really wish I didn't buy it This was a huge regret for me. all the signs were there they were just so convincing. South Creek Auto in Longmont is amazing 10 out of 10 go there
