Sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults 4 kids, Front bedroom, couch, kitchen table. Big bathroom. Lots of storage. Electric front jacks. Awning needs new vinyl but the frame is all in tact. A/C, fridge, stove and microwave work. Roof has just been recoated 2 months ago. Floors are solid, roof is solid to walk on. Had a leak but was patched when roof was recoated. Trailer has been very well kept. $7000 obo
