Very straight forward process with no haggling and pressure to purchase unwanted addons like I've experienced at other dealerships. Ramin was very helpful and was able to handle my paperwork very efficiently and helped me through the entire process even though he was constantly busy handling calls from other customers. He even gave me a free three month warranty for my vehicle which is much appreciated! The area the dealership is located at is also very ideal for test drives with it being in a quiet area with little traffic and a long stretch of road with plenty of room to maneuver. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle for a reasonable price and with peace of mind that you won't be paying any more than is necessary, Givi Auto Sales is the spot!

I've had a great experience working with Ramin of Givi Auto Sales. I'm located in Arizona and originally inquired about a 4Runner in their inventory and Ramin was very responsive to all of my requests. He provided service records, photos, and even a detailed walk around video to ensure that my trip out for this vehicle wasn't a waste of time.

There was no haggling on my cash offer and signing over all the paperwork was the easiest and fastest dealership experience I've ever had.

He has provided me several resources for upgrading my 4Runner which is appreciated.

7 hours and nearly 400 miles later. I've arrived home with a 2009 4Runner and it felt great the whole way. I definitely be referring everyone I know over to Ramin for their SUV needs.

Long story short ..its 4/1/25.. I went 3 weeks ago to check out a 4runner with my mechanic (which i advise you do)  so it needed new brake pads..ok. no biggie... took it on the 405 and steering well shook like a chihuahua in December. After test drive I pointed out the issue...salesman said it's the tires need balanced, didnt want to negotiate for he potential out of pocket expenses and walked away.. now a shaking steering wheel could be from a myriad of things... thinking, they had new tires on this so why does it need a balance..and new pads before selling it. Wouldn't a legitimate business do this 1st? Well I saw it still for sale so I hit them up saying I'll buy it if you replace the pads and balance the tires (hoping that was the issue)  they said they would next day. Next day I called and they didn't but would and have it done in 2 days and call me back... they never called. Doubtful they did anything and the ad is still up.  So they're telling me to tell you..
They are selling a vehicle that has known issues hoping no one else points them out. If they do...guess it's on to the next potential sucker. For shame

I am writing this review several months after my purchase to ensure that I am satisfied with my vehicle. The service was outstanding, and the selection of vehicles was impressive.
