This place is a scam. They took my $4,100 with no intentions of letting me keep my car. They put gps tracking device on it and towed it less than 2 weeks later in hopes I couldn’t pull it out but I did. They pulled the same stunt less than 3 weeks later and AGAIN I pulled it out. They let me drive off the lot without insurance or proof of identification. THEY WAITED ALMOST THREE MONTHS TO PAY THE REGISTRATION. They took out my contract when they towed my car and tried to say I had no permission to take it. WHAT A JOKE! Thank god I had photos of everything. They ruined my life and literally took all the money I have. I’ve become so depressed angry and even suicidal at times. I am scared to leave my car bc of ptsd that it won’t be there when I come back. They took the money I was planning to buy a camper trailer with so that I can bring my son home with a place to live . They crushed that dream so now I live in my car and my whole spirit is not my usual self. The manager is so rude and disrespectful. I hate this place with all my heart. They refuse to give me my money back since they want the car so bad. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Fast and easy process and even with my challenge credit i was still approved im so grateful for them I’ve been buying cars from here since 2019 ask for Eric

I have high commendations for Ronald at this dealership. He was highly professional and got the job done even with some challenging aspects if you’re looking for a preowned vehicle I highly recommend this dealership.

I saw a car they had for sale online a few days before going to the dealership, shortly after a driving we were helped and took a test drive and got the paperwork signed fast and simple

I was referred to this place by a fomer coworker of mine and they stated that I specifically call and ask for Jose to work with. I called on two different days and it resulted in the same result of rudeness and being hung up on ! First day I called asking for Jose and I assumed the line got disconnected due to myself being in a bad area. Next day I called while at work and asked could I speak to Jose again and whoever answered the phone said "NO!" and then proceeded to hang up on me. I dont know what I did to be granted a response like this but I feel that was quite rude and unproffesional. It sucks because this place had a couple of vehicles I was interested in buying for myself and grandmother but due to the lack of professionalism and rudeness I will gladly take my money elsewhere!
