Terrible customer service and shameful place to take your car for servicing. A few months back my Cadillac ATS had a parasitic draw in the battery and I had to wait nearly a month and a half for them to finish after I was told that they were done 2 weeks after I turned my car in. I came back a month ago for servicing of the same issue and they said it was the same part that was causing the draw, they had ordered it but it turns out they had ordered the wrong one, so it was delayed. A few weeks of more waiting, I managed to reach them and they had told us to come back to retrieve the vehicle since it was supposedly done, after 2 hours of waiting for the car, they noticed it wasn’t even the same part causing the draw, it was another one. Already upset at that, we decided not to do any servicing and just get our car back, but once we got the car, the glove compartment was off with wires hanging out, and the battery terminal was loose. Stay far away from this place, there’s no attentiveness and a very demeaning experience. They won’t answer your texts or calls and they’re extremely dismissive, all they want is your money. Lost all respect for Cadillac due to this place.

Michael Lombroso took very good care of answered our questions and went beyond our expectations to make sure we were pleased and taken care of.

Extremely disappointed i write this sitting on their parking lot i had a vip appointment with one of the sales manager … i go to the dealership early and after wandering for good 10-15 mins there is no receptionist on the desk and sales person walking around has no clue what is a vip appointment… nor has any idea about their product pricing and me being a consumer has more idea about when pricing was released and what not…. Salesperson tried to treat as if im just a regular walk-in customer …. I know that this “vip” appointment are all gimmicks but at least what I expected was that i would actually meet someone who is expecting me
