Brand new *BUT.... This option didn't work out for this pup. The bottom area by door is chewed. The latch on the gate was also broken. I have a spare gate that you're welcome to have to fix this one. Or maybe you could use it for a dog house, dog bed, etc. I know someone that separates the top and bottom and uses the for houses/nesting area for ducks and chickens. Located near 22nd and Prudence. Must pick up or can be delivered for a fee. Fee depends on location.
