I bought a 2019 chrysler 300s from this dealer,albert in sales was amazing,(no longer in sales) paul who is a manager simply lied to us about the car stating they took it in on trade, LOCALLY! So the owner did drop price to accomodate my finanace, not much but did drop it, ok so wonder why i give 1 star right? Oh let me also say they did put new water pump brakes and bushing in car under warentee for me! Ok so i wanted to refinace car thru my bank so my bank needs title to do that right? Ok so i had to get another 45 day tage on day 46 of my first BECAUSE I STILL DIDENT HAVE THE TITLE, so i had to drive illegally to get that tag, fine no biggie right, ok so after appx 62 days i reached out to attorney general  i had to go thru them to get a totle and once i did then the csr dealership refunded me fully however when i sent my gf to pick this money up and drop csr off which btw i turned car in full tank gas fresh oul and completly detailed becca silva sales mgr who was soo kind and understanding to me just 2 weeks prior is now rude and disrespectful to my gf ! So i give albert,the owner both 5 stars i give paul 0 stars ill give becca 3 stars because she was so nice to me but very rude to my gf??? Oh well i got my money back id recommend them on a case by case deal if they have title in hand buy there if not dont buy go theu becca not paul she seemed to b honest to me

I needed a Land Rover Discovery Sport car that I really wanted, but various dealers said that I had to wait. There were always some problems: not the right mileage, too big, not the color of the interior that I wanted. When I applied to this Auto Palace store I was told that they would find me a car that I needed. For 2 days I got a call and said that the car is already there, or I could come and see? And now I have a very good car that I always wanted. With low mileage, and most importantly I was very surprised by the price and thank you. I recommend it to everyone.
