By far the worst buying experience I've ever had. I waited over 3 weeks for this dealer to be able to release the car to me. Then when they finally called telling me it was ready for pickup, there was about one quarter of gas in it and the car was dirty on the outside even though they had said they would detail it and send me off with a full tank. The tires were low too so I asked them to fill up and put air in the tires. Then when I was driving it home I made it about 2 miles before it broke down in the middle of the freeway. They literally had to tow it right back to their dealer lot. Noone in management ever called to checkin with me about what happened despite how dangerous that was. When when I finally got a hold of a manager, he acted like it wasn't a big deal. Never apologized. I was able to have my bank place a stop payment on the check to them so luckily, I didn't get stuck with their car that broke down on the freeway.

OC Auto Exchange was phenomenal!!! The experience was outstanding and the customer service was excellent. From the time we walked on the lot to the time we went through the process and left with our new car the experience was exceptional. Aiden was great our sales man and Arturo our finance person was great. I had just mentioned to Erika that the customer service that we are getting here from this private owned dealership was great. Great car buying experience! All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and listened to our preferences instead of trying to put me and my wife in a car that they wanted to get rid of. Huge selection of vehicles as well! Highly recommend!

Sure they smile in you face, make you feel like a family member. "Get you the best deal" After they cashed my $22000 check from the bank. The broken promises and disrespect came. I'm appalled how rude Adam, Benjamin and any other associate who works there. My car needed dents and body work done that wasn't complete. I can go on! Take your experience and money elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a used 2015 VW Golf TDI from these guys back in 2018 and it gave me nothing but trouble, mechanically. There was some kind of electrical gremlin in it and I'm sure they knew that (the headlights go out every few months, radio turns on and off by itself, etc) in addition to there being a GIANT crack in the windshield that they covered up with a big sales sticker in the lot. I only saw it after everything was signed and they took it off while I was in the office!
Then, all these years later I STILL get emails, calls, and mail about the warranty running out and how I should renew it. Don't give your money to this tricky dealership.
