Custom Valances. Fabric is from Calico Corners, is lined, Velcro mounted (sew in where you cannot see it when mounted) and is made to be mounted on a 3" deep board that has its companion Velcro (you attach to back of board, I stapled mine) for easy installation AND easy removal for cleaning! Board and metal mounting brackets are not included, but is an economical option for mounting. Companion Velcro to add to your board is included. This fabric is high end, Calico Corner Rater Blue. Fabric is high quality, and materials cost about $400 for this room (not including labor). The large valance is $75. NOTE in measurements below you have some flexibility for different sizes of windows. Length is 28" on the sides and 19.5" at the shortest point. Last valance remaining is for 69.5" window, however, because of an allowance added to frame each side of the window they have a lot of flexibility for other window sizes. Board Mount Needed: *3" deep X 75" long Board. For 69.5" window it mounted to have 2.75" on each side of the window. Windows ranging from 74" to 69" could easily achieve a custom look. I have tried my best to accurately describe the valances, but just ask if something is not clear. Local Olympia WA Area pickup: I can meet at the Safeway on Yelm Hwy in Lacey or the Costco area in Tumwater if prearranged and before 4 pm.
