TECHNICS SA-300 Vintage Receiver NO SOUND

SA-300 has no sound . ( just a buzzing sound ) . The guy that sold it to me told me it was 100% functional.( I still have the text saved) . However, my loss is your gain. There is no signs of burn marks, burn smell or leakage from the capacitors. There is no signs of foul play. I just don’t know what’s wrong with it , but , because it will not sound , I’ll let it go for $100.
