Origional instruction manuals includedfor both crib and dresser. Crib matress can be included if wanted. Practically new - mattress protector kept on mattress from the time it was purchased and our baby only slept on it a few times. Changing Station Table pad included with the dresser/ Changing Table. Dresser also came with TWO kinds of knobs options for the dresser. Round wooden or metal knobs.
