I’ve been coming here for a while and overall I have to say the pros outweigh the cons — great facility and the staff are very helpful and attentive whenever problems arise. They are an intelligent crew and make the transition to a new car a lot simpler and smoother than I have experienced at other dealers.

I’m really digging my 2022 Kicks, which was suggested to me by Doug. He has been very responsive during follow-ups. He is someone who anticipates customer needs and goes the extra mile. Quick on his feet. I really appreciate the service here. The crew is sharp and effective whenever you need something. Also shout-out to Oscar & Mike for being helpful and understanding.

They can get very busy here sometimes, but the work ethic is good. It can take a while wrapping things up but the staff will do what they can to help.

They had the car I wanted and didn't sell it to someone else by the time I arrived. So that's pretty good.  They also made it pretty easy to ship cars you buy from them up to Alaska if you are into doing that. Don't try and enter in the back parking lot or else you'll be lost in the car dimension.

Jason was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was direct and honest. By far not your normal salesman for a car dealership. My wife and I both felt that Bellevue Nissan was very mainstream. We asked for a vehicle, they found it, and we had it all wrapped up with a couple of hours.

It was my first time shopping for a car and I did some searching and found a used car in my price here. Doug was my sales person and made the process easy. The Financing through them was also faster than i expected. However make sure you get there early if the vehicle is under market.
