Dylan was awesome! I had crashed my car and was worried it would be a big financial loss trading it in, but they offered me a great price and I was able to get the car I really wanted. I had my impatient baby in there for 2+ hours and everyone was super friendly and offering to help!

The entire process was easy. Dylan took very good care of me, he answered all my questions either right away or he found the answer and had it ready for me quickly. I highly recommend him and Subaru of Bend. They didn’t feel very “sales-y” in all honestly. They respected my boundaries and didn’t push me very hard. It felt more of a trying to inform for the best decision rather than trying to squeeze extra money out of me. I really appreciate that.

Purchasing our brand-new Outback was a very pleasant and easy experience.  Jeremy was great and kept us informed along the way as we waited for the car to arrive.  When we went to pick up the car, the whole transaction couldn’t have gone smoother.  The sales manager also came over to us to thank us personally for our business.  After we finished the transaction, Jeremy sat with us in the car for over an hour and showed us all of the features of the new car.  He made sure to let us know that if we had any questions or concerns to call him.  He gave us a follow up call a couple of days later to see how we were liking the car and if we had any questions and mentioned again to call him with any questions or concerns.  We definitely felt very welcomed there and that we were very much appreciated.  Great experience all around.

This was an easy car buying experience from start to finish. Chris was an amazing salesman that kept us informed from the time we ordered our vehicle to delivery. The staff at Subaru of Bend are top notch. You won't be disappointed at all. We love our 2022 Subaru Forester Touring vehicle. This is our second Subaru and by far the best.
