This console does power on and off. Can’t seem to get the HDMI cable to work. Could just be an operator error, not sure. Item was purchase with other gaming consoles. I have it listed “as is,” for parts or repair because of the HDMI issue. If you can get it working, then you have a good working unit for less money. It does come with a Rugrats cover. This was on when I got it. It’s the digital edition, and sale is for console and power cord only. If you have any questions, please ask. Thanks for looking!
