SHEDS FOR SALE :: 4x8 up to 12x20. Hey there! Question for ya: Are you the type of person who buys things because they’re the cheapest… or are you the type of person who will spend a little more to get something that lasts? Before you answer… Here’s an insider secret most shed builders won’t tell you: Cheap sheds are cheap for a reason. They might look ok for a year or two. In fact it’s pretty easy to build a cheap shed that looks good when it’s new, and sell it for HALF of what it costs to build something that lasts. But isn’t it a pretty bad investment if it falls apart and you have to replace it, or you constantly have to spend money and time to maintain it? Nobody seems to be talking about this stuff. One simple thing causes most cheap sheds to fall apart: WATER DAMAGE. We live in the Midwest. We get weather here. Rain, snow, you know… moisture. The materials used to build most cheaper sheds can’t stand up to moisture. They swell, warp, crack, become brittle, and fall apart. Not a problem if you live in the desert, but if you’re reading this… you probably don’t. If you’ve ever seen a shed or barn where the siding or trim is rotting away… it’s because moisture ruined them. If you’ve ever seen a shed where the floor was warped or sagging, or the roof was caving in… it’s almost always because of water damage. Not to beat this point to death, but… Moisture ruins cheap sheds fast. Sometimes in as little as 3-5 years. We’ve knocked down and replaced sheds like that. Building a shed that lasts 25+ years requires better materials. Moisture resistant materials that are often 2-3 times more expensive. So… There are cheaper sheds out there. Our sheds are more of an investment. We build them to last 25+ years. We don’t use cheap materials that will cause your shed to fall apart early. Because of that, we’re not for everybody. Some people just want something cheap. Some people don’t need a shed to last. But if you want a shed that’s built right, lasts a lifetime, and adds value to your property, then shoot me a message.
