This clock winds up perfect but is over wound works for few minutes then needs rewind. All needs to tighten spring easyyy fix perfect cosmetic and inner comdition minus small spring. This clock is marked on the back label cuckoo clock mfg. co. inc. 8-day "Linden" Westminster chime mantle clock , made in West Germany. Inside back label has the instructions for models 8257,8258 8-day "linden". inside the clock part says 82 cuckoo clock mfg. co. inc. , two (2) jewels unadjusted made in West Germany 340-020. The front says linden , Westminster chime,  made in West Germany inscribe on back wood door. everything else perfect. 🛑These sell $150 easy on ebay not working and damaged take a look yourself.
