Includes brace for stackable set up. Bought dryer new from Lowes, bought washer new from Conn's in August of 2024....they aren't even a year old. There are no problems or defects with either appliance, I am moving out of state and the new place has a w/d already. Must pick up by 6/15/25. They are on sale now (see Google screenshot pic), but I bought them originally at $1109 for the washer and $899 for the dryer (plus warranty, tax, stacking brace, washer hose, dryer vent and delivery fees). I'm selling the set for $1000. The dryer still has a year plus on the warranty from Lowes; I paid extra for the 2 yr warranty. Conn's is out of business so no warranty, but please note it was purchased new (not used/refurbished/damaged) and it was delivered and installed by Conn's professionals. It's a great deal for a family needing a solid washer/dryer set or a renter like me who hates using public laundry appliances...they don't clean the filters regularly or the get pet hair out of those things, fyi 🤢...no pets here! Come get them now.
