In great condition and in excellent condition. Item will come with a Zinus frame (~$100 on Amazon) There are no stains, rips or tears. Mattress was purchased around 1 year ago and has a receipt pictured Both the underlayer and overlay of the mattress pictured to show condition A small black spot pictured (ink) but barely noticeable.
