Exceptional Experience with Frank

My husband and I visited AutoNation Bellevue because he wanted to gift me a car — my first car in the U.S. We planned to test drive a few pre-owned BMW X3 and X1 models, but thanks to Frank, we drove away with a brand-new X3 instead.

Unfortunately, we had an accident on a cross-country roadtrip: thanks to BMW’s support services, we were towed to this location, Uber to our hotel was taken care of, & the team took care of us with a 2 year warranty.

I went in to purchase a used 2011 Honda CRV. I was treated with respect like any other customer that was there to purchase a luxury vehicle. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, didn’t patronize me, and respected my barriers when I decided not to purchase.
