It’s been 5 days since I got my 2013 Toyota Prius C from them. Given the used car market at the time, Cars.com said it was a “Great Deal”. There were some issues with the car that the mechanic laid out in the pre-purchase inspection. They were willing to discount the price a little based on the feedback. So I feel like I did in fact get a great deal. On a side note, when I was making out the final payment, I almost forgot I put down a $300 deposit that went toward the car. They reminded me about that and saved me from paying an extra $300 I didn’t need to pay. Overall, it was a good experience and I felt like they were honest and trustworthy.

I'm not to sure where to start. But ill start with the fact that my whole experience was a big disappointment. We were there to look at a Jeep Wrangler and when we got there to test drive the car had issues starting and the salesman tried to hide the issues. The car would not idle but he pushed it off as it was just sitting in the cold too long he drove it around and got it to idle after having to jump it. We drove the car made an offer and decided to think on it. He then before we left attempted to pressure us into buying the car that day (The car obviously had issues) We declined and said we would come back. We came back two days later to the same issue with the car coming back so soon after being fixed. He said he was going to fill it up with gas and drove it to the back and proceeded to take twenty minutes to fill it up where he was just jumping the car again. He declined anything wrong with the car. We took it to our mechanic and immediately pointed 3-4 things wrong with it one being the under belly of the car being patched yet the inside was still rusted out easily identified as a patch job that was rushed. We brought the car back explained the issues and he proceeded to decline and tell us we could no longer buy the car from them. We ran the Vin after the fact to find it had come from a Columbus salvage auction and was marked up way to much. None the less this place is just a scam if you decide you like a car here just don't buy one it's not worth the money or the time.

P.s they reply to all reviews trying to justify there actions stop the excuses and just be honest and fair.

Not even sure if they deserve one star but never buy a car from them unless you're trying to buy a new transmission or motor... Engine light was on when I bought it the loan company made me get the engine light off but all they did was reset it and it came back. So basically they only reset it until I signed the loan. FRAUD PLACE ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY

As a customer they are very unprofessional and I was the least of their worries. They for one do not check their cars before they leave the lot, including a ceased up drive shaft along with pads in the rear worn down to the metal, we had so many problems with the car. Victor who offered to cover the broken turn signal on the mirror, promised he would send us a check in the mail and took me calling 3 times before they took me serious. Last but most important, they did not have the memorandum title yet and when they did get it, it took me calling yet again for them to mail it out. Our tags were about to expire the Friday of and they did not want to overnight the title to me when this whole situation wasn't even my fault. Very bad experience, I will not be going there again.
