It’s 12000 BTU so its good for rooms about 550 sqft. I just bought this last week on Facebook marketplace but I didn’t really consider that it was gonna take space in my living room, so I’ve decide to sell this one to and buy a window unit instead. One of the wheels is dented but still works to roll. I bought it for $100 and selling for $80, not trying to make money just getting rid of it to purchase a window unit Cash or Venmo
