Description

This is a beautiful, high-quality couch originally purchased from Living Spaces about 2.5 years ago. It’s still in excellent overall condition — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only flaw is some scratching on the sides from my new kitten. I quickly stopped the behavior with protective tape, but there is some minor cosmetic damage. Living Spaces may still sells the matching material, so the scratched areas could be re-covered if desired. Originally, this couch sold for around $5,000–$6,000. I purchased it secondhand from my brother for $3,000. Because of the scratches, I’m pricing it under $1,000 for a quick and fair sale. This is a great opportunity to own a high-end couch at a fraction of the cost!
