This is a fine piece of furniture made in the 60s by Steinhafels Furniture in Kenosha, Wisconsin. I love these old vintage furnishings that were made in the USA. They never disappoint. Steinhafels furniture opened its doors in 1934 and incredibly it's still in existence today. That's not something you can say for most of these old vintage brands that are apart of our American history. This one belonged to a lady for most of her life. This dresser is solid wood and features 6 dovetailed drawers that glide like butter on wood glides. It has wood dustcatchers too. The drawers are in incredible shape for their age. I has a minimalistic look to it which is why so many gravitate to these old mcm pieces. No hardware just hidden pulls under the drawer edge. We refinished this is a neutral light brown finish. It meshes so well with so many of today's design spaces.
