This TV works perfectly except for not being able to navigate to the onscreen keyboard. To put your password in for WiFi settings for example. It likely needs a software update. To get around this you will have to: 1) use a wired ethernet/LAN connection to not use WiFi OR 2) connect a bluetooth keyboard in settings OR 3) use it as with HDMI cables only and use your Tivo, apple TV, Firestick, Rokue stick, etc to connect to the internet and apps like Netflix. OR 4) try to buy a new remote on amazon or take to samsung or tv repair shop to try to fix this software issue Comes with power cable, mounting bracket in the back, and Samsung hub.
