Just bought a car from this dealership 2 days ago and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. Thanks to Shawn and Jeff I was able to find a great deal I definitely recommend this dealership.

I wish I could put a zero star review. This dealership reset my engine light before I purchased it, after driving a little over 100miles the light went on. Just did 1,000$ in repairs and now am having to fix it again. The car continuously shuts off on me while driving. The dealership offered nothing but a wimpy $500 to help fix the vehicle and you could tell they knew something was wrong before we purchased the vehicle. Never recommending this place to anyone.

Totally dishonest owner who inflated the cost of my repairs.  In addition they kept the vehicle for over a month with promises of it being fixed in a week.  I have sent the vehicle to the manufacture to ensure they actually put the parts on.  I asked for two tires, they put four on... Charged me 700.00 but accidentally gave me the receipt where the tires cost 500.00, in addition he charged 50.00 per tire for installation.

I had two new perille tires on before they removed then and replaced them with some off brand tires.  I requested they place the two new tires in the vehicle.  I forgot to check before I left and once home discovered they only out one in the back.  They claimed to have done an alignment.  The vehicle has never driven so shaky before and pulled to the right as I was driving home.  After checking with Range Rover, Supreme charged me 430.00(multiply that times 4)  for parts that would have cost me 460.00 with them.  With one of the past would have cost 350.00.  In addition they charged an additional 500.00 for a repair that should have taken 2.5 hours they claim took four hours.  By the way that is 500.00 times four.

My total bill was over 3,500 and although, I asked multiple times how much it was going to cost, the owner repeated said...”Oh, because you were referred, it's going to be a great deal”.

My truck is older but has always been maintained by range rover, and I should not have changed the course because at this rate, it would have been cheaper for me to have gone to range rover and I would not have dealt with all the lies and inflated prices that I was charged.

The company has the right to rebut the this claim, but I have facts to prove this occurred.  Do not under any circumstances take your vehicle to this place and no, I am not confusing this company with any other dealership out there!  Moving forward upon my return with my next steps.

If you don’t live in the area and you’re thinking about driving out to this place to look at a car, I highly suggest you don’t. I saw a car online with pictures, I had interest in the car because of all of the features listed. I notified them in advance that I was coming, drove 2 and a half hours, and the car is not what they listed. They listed it as a  higher model than what it is, which I could look past since the models do all look the same. The thing that bothers me is that they specifically listed that the car has features that it does not have. The car also had a noticeable dent in the side that they did not mention or include in the pictures. After looking back at the pictures, they took them at a specific angle where you cannot see the dent. On top of that, the outside of the car was completely filthy. I’ve been looking for cars for the past few weeks and this car was hands down the biggest catfish.
