I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at San Antonio Dodge. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Ivan Olivarez. Not only was he extremely genuine and understanding about my current situation, but he did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of. Ivan made sure I had viewed and test drove all the trucks I wanted to see while I was there.

His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. The following day I had received an email from Ivan asking me to provide him with a challenge or a goal that would help him win my business if it was accomplished. Shortly after he gave me a call letting me know he was able to meet my expectations on the price of the truck and had no problem having my dad come out to check the truck himself. Amazingly Ivan extend his gratitude and gratefulness to my family as they drove 4 hours from home just to view the truck before moving forward on the deal. Not only did Ivan show a great deal of patience, but he also answered all my family’s questions, and reassured them with clarity.

The only unfortunate circumstance that we ran into was the ability to reserve the truck to make sure no one else would buy it. Ivan notice all the time and attention I was putting in to make sure this truck would not get sold, he went above and beyond to provide me with daily updates on the truck while I was finalizing paperwork with my bank. On the day of purchasing my truck, while I was finalizing all the paperwork, Ivan made sure the truck was fully washed and cleaned inside and out before driving away from the lot.

Not only did I get to leave the San Antonio Dodge dealership with a brand-new Ram 1500, but I also left with dignity still intact.
