No need to register unless your a dork. It’s 49cc’s if your actually buying this for a means of transportation, don’t. It’s for fun. $500 It’s definitely worth more but no key and no pink is not a good look and I understand that. great pit bike. No low ballers, you will not find one this well taken care of for this price.
