1847 Rogers Bros "First Love" Design Silverware ~ Serving for 12. 64 Total Pieces. Vintage ! International Silver & Stainless. This was first introduced in 1937 in this pattern and discontinued in 1973. This Gorgeous Set is with intricate detailing and very Sturdy Silverware! All of the other silverware is stamped on back - Rogers Bros - IS (International Silver) and “First Love”. The exception are the Dinner knives. 8 are stamped Rogers Bros Stainless and 4 are stamped Stainless. This set will also include a Hagerty Silvermiths’ Blue zippered flatware storage Cloth liner. This liner is made specially treated to constantly trap tarnish causing sulphur gases, will hold 120 pieces of silverware. Completely zippered to ensure effective air tight seal. This set is in excellent condition for it’s time period. It has been stored away for many decades.
