We were in a pickle. My son in law was in an accident in the car we had gotten him so he had to take one of our other ones, which, in turn, left me without. I needed a vehicle asap. We are prior customers and we’re super pleased with the vehicle we had gotten and the service we have received over the time being a customer.
This second time around, we were lucky enough to have Javier helping us out. The process was, once again, smooth and quick. I do have to say, this time it seemed a bit more personable and were super pleased with everything.
If y’all want a place that is not going to gauge your eyes out on a down payment or payments, this is it!!! They will be kind, and treat you like a real person even after the sale! We couldn’t have picked a better place.

The staff here was amazing. They took great care of me. Answering all my questions. Took care of all of my concerns in à timely manner. Hands down a great experience. From Kirsten who sold me my car to Jasmine who got me approved and Ida who went over everything with me at the end! I would highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with the team at Dales. From speaking with Jazmine each time we called and she was beyond patient. She also finalized the paperwork. Rafael was our salesman and he was wonderful and to point. Get it done attitude!! I don’t like wasting time and I did not waste anytime. Daniel broke down all the paperwork explaining everything and answering all our questions and concerns. I really thought this was going to be a great experience and that it was going smoothly. I was referred here. Couple weeks after having the vehicle, the car started giving me problems. I’ve only had it a month. It shouldn’t be giving me these many problems and issues and it shouldn’t be this hard to fix a car or get me into a different one that way I can get to where I need to be. On top of that, saying that it’s going to take a month or more just to diagnose the vehicle and that I’d have to leave it there that long. Like come on now. You make people put up great reviews because you’re saying you’ll work with people and you don’t.

Great experience, easy approval. HOWEVER- after only barely two weeks I have discovered not only does the car need mechanical work after the check engine light flipped on- but was also void of oil so much that the dipstick wasn’t registering ANYTHING!. 🥴🙏🏻 Just be aware is all I’ll say for now.
