Ultimate Mini Pressure Washing Soft Wash Skid

This is our new Mini Ultimate skid! This skid features a full pressure washing and soft wash system. This skid is the perfect size for short bed trucks or vans. 5.5 ft X 44” The skid is made from premium grade aluminum that has been precisely cut and bent using CNC technology. The level of precision and attention to detail in its fit and finish is truly remarkable. Additionally, this skid features a convenient back shelf and side shelf for added functionality. Honda GX390 gear drive pressure washer featuring an electric start. 5.5 GPM/3000. Our machines are custom built. Our machines also have a battery recharging system to help keep the battery charged. Full size 24 DC Interstate Marine battery with Noco battery box. Two 55 gallon vertical tanks. One tank for water and the other for SH (Bleach, Sodium hypochlorite) Hudson float valve system to automatically shut off the water when it’s full. Stainless steel cradle tank straps Seven gallon soap tank with a CNC machined bracket that features gallon marks cut out of the aluminum bracket. We use the same high end soft wash system featured on our larger truck skids. Remco 5.3 GPM soft wash pump, our very own custom built Pro Mixer XL metering system to custom blend your soft wash mix. We build ours with larger valves on the water and bleach sides. Mounted on custom plates for easy maintenance. Our system also features USA pure copper wiring and heavy duty waterproof marine switch. Three way bleach rinse valve to fully rinse the corrosive chemical out of your mixing system to prolong the life of your equipment. Soft wash plumbing features high end Kuri Tec poly braid hoses, stainless clamps, and built in house slotted PVC bleach filters. We use a flow through technology using uniseals to eliminate common fails points. Our pressure washer plumbing consists of top of the line Tiger Flex suction hose, mounted 1” Teejet strainer filter with a clean out, polypropylene barbs, heavy duty stainless clamps, sweeping 90 stainless bypass system, and Banjo bulkheads. We also conveniently plumbed a 1” drain with ball valve on the end to drain your tank, use as a bucket filler, or emergency eye wash. Three 12” full frame aluminum hose reels. Our hose reels feature stainless steel manifolds and swivels to withstand the use of chemicals. Hoses, 200 ft of the best pressure washing hose on the market, Fierce Jet. 100 ft of 5/8" garden hose. 200 ft of 1/2 soft wash hose. Guns, pressure washer 36” wand with tips, Sutter ST510 soft wash gun with stainless J rod nozzles specifically dialed in for this system.
