Very clean and like new condition, no rips, tears, stains or odors. 1 full size and 1 love seat. The full size is 87” and the love seat is 63”. Both are 40” deep front to back. This is in our 2nd living room and is rarely ever used. The frame, cushions and fabric are still like new. There is no divets from use. Color is and off white to cream color and works in most spaces.
