Description

Up for sale is a early-mid 1960s 16x16 Slingerland floor tom in blue sparkle. I’ve yet to see another floor tom with four legs. Four push button legs and stick saver rims. Legs are a bit creaky but still extend/retract. Interior is mahogany with maple rings. Edges in good shape, though not perfect. A coloring stain and some splash marks inside from before I purchased it. Stamped with P-040, indicating it was designated for a “pearl” wrap. This stamp was generally used from 1962 through 1965. This thing sound thunderous and warm when tuned low.
