I purchased a used Scion (out of state delivery) with the help of Rich S at Century in August of 2024. His communication and friendliness was great. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable when dealing with him. Selling used cars like this isn’t their bread and butter and there’s plenty of risk in my situation.
