Zach got me what I asked for as far as monthly payments after a bit of negotiating. He was pleasant and professional. He even went above and beyond by transporting vehicles closer to me from other lots so that I could test drive them and even taking pictures of me in the cars so I could decide on which one I would look better in lol. Michael may be the best salesperson I have ever worked with – no exaggeration. He spent significant time with me picking the right car. The great part is that Motors Direct has one of the best selections of pre-owned BRZs in the country – and I spent hours upon hours looking. They were so much better than other dealers that I flew from NJ to LA to ultimately buy a car.

That day, once I arrived, Michael rolled out the red carpet for me. He helped me narrow down the choices to one, assisted with test drives, and made the buying process a conversation about what’s best for my needs.  His support also didn’t stop once the sale was final, and I was on a plane back to NJ. He also helped to ensure the car was ready when needed as it had to be picked up for shipment to make it back to NJ in time for a party.

In addition to Michael, Meeka who works in the Santa Ana location was amazing! The car, while bought in CA needed to be registered in NJ – and that is a process to say the least. Long story short, I needed tags and all sorts of things to ensure I don’t overpay in taxes. She helped with all of that – which was not an easy task as timing was a major factor!

I would definitely buy from them again – no matter how far away I live. Their service and selection are worth it, especially given how easy it is to find reasonably priced shipping across the country.

This was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! I highly recommend this place to everyone I know. They offer top-quality vehicles at the best prices in SoCal!
