I have bought 2 cars from these gentlemen and have been so relieved and thankful both times! Great deals and trusting nice people!
They do business right and anytime I need a car or know someone that does I will direct them here. Buying used cars is nerve wrecking but I have had zero issues with both vehicles, one which had over 246k miles, and after being checked, it was mechanically perfect! Don’t get that lucky everyday and I got lucky twice here. Definitely some trust worthy guys!

This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I truly believe there are serious issues with the way they treat customers, and I have personally witnessed them providing much better service to certain individuals while giving others subpar treatment.

They are extremely unresponsive, failing to return phone calls, and they seem more focused on making money than providing quality service. Time and time again, I have noticed questionable business practices, including attempts to inflate prices unfairly.

Their vehicles often come with multiple issues, and rather than taking responsibility, they expect customers to buy them “as is” without making necessary repairs. If you bring up concerns about a vehicle’s condition, you suddenly become the problem. Many of their cars have electrical problems, heating issues, and other mechanical failures that should be addressed before being sold.

I strongly advise potential buyers to take their business elsewhere. This dealership does not prioritize customer satisfaction or vehicle quality. Believe the negative reviews—this place is not worth your time or money !! This review is real this was my experience at Dealmaker!!!

***BE AWARE i would like to add looking over their "reviews" it is obvious that they are faking reviews that is why all their reviews are either 5 stars or 1 very few in between. Any time someone leaves a bad review the reviews are bombarded with 5 star reviews from new accounts i will be reporting this to google.

Not a great sales experience. was interested in a truck went a looked over a few days the person in the shop never left his desk gave us the keys and that was it. we liked the truck which had a few things wrong with it. went to make a deal and not only did he not offer to talk about price just wanted us to name a price when we made an offer he the looked on his computer and came back with a price that went up over $1,000 more than what was on the sticker on the truck and said well if we don't get that we will just take it back to the auction.

*** About 10 mins after i posted this review i got a very passive aggressive call from the owner wanting to know why i wasn't happy so here is how the conversation went

the reason the employees didn't go out and show the truck or answer any questions about the truck was because "that's not how we do things at my dealership"

the reason the price went up was because of fees (i know tax and tag has to be charged but they also add a dealership fee)

and when it came to the negotiation he printed out the sticker price plus the fees and showed it to us AFTER we named a price they didn't like but according to the owner they would come down some they just don't do counter offers apparently you just have to keep guessing at prices until they accept one because "that's how we do stuff at our dealership"

so all in all the owner called and explained that they didn't do anything wrong because "that's how they do stuff at his dealership" and that's not a miss quote he said the at least 10 times over the literal 20 minute call where he kept saying that.

If my review didn't tell you what you needed about this dealership his reply to my review should. while the price was kind of high for the truck my review didn't say anything about the price only how they handled the situation. Whining like a little baby because someone dared tell people how they acted during my visit. At no point during my call or in his reply did he try and fix or deny any of my claims he just keeps trying to bully me into taking down my review because he didn't like me telling the public how they act.

This has been the most unprofessional interaction with a company i have ever had and it just keeps getting worse. While the person i spoke with in person wasn't helpful he at least was somewhat nice the owner that called me and replied to this review has been one of the most unprofessional, whiny, and  downright rude people I've ever talked to.

I contacted Garron before arriving to test drive a truck. I arrived the vehicle had a flat tire. Went in and spoke with Garron. He was a complete jerk stating that the tires were factored into the price of truck. I stated I contacted him to let him know I was coming for a test drive and drove an hour to come and it has a flat tire. Very poor professionalism waved us off that he didn't want my business as I had cash in hand. Made rude comments. Beware of this place. Would just take my business else where. Couldn't believe how rude he was.

Amazing customer service and a great, personable buying experience. Didn’t feel rushed and felt appreciated throughout the whole process. Definitely reccomend them for any future purchases!
