I bought this brand new top of the line Jet Performance Big Bore Throttle Body from Jegs for $300+tax for my Ford Fusion only to discover that the website incorrectly stated it fits my four cylinder Fusion but it is for Ford Fusion models equipped with the 3.0L V6 engine for 2010 to 2012 model years. Will also fit the same 3.0L V6 equipped Ford Escape models of similar years (it fits the Duratec 30 3.0L V6 engines). This is a great easy bolt on Performance part to greatly improve airflow into the engine to increase HP and torque, improve MPG by creating better fuel atomization (with its very large fluted bore), and will help reduce that annoying drive-by-wire electronic Throttle body delay (which is the very reason i got it). But since it doesn't fit my four cylinder Fusion and I don't feel like the hassle of online returns I just decided to cut my losses and sell it for half the retail price. This part is brand new never installed still in the original bubble wrap and packaging with all the paperwork and C.A.R.B E.O. number stickers and is 50 state emissions legal. Online it retails for $300+tax I'm only asking $150 cash. Would work great with stock intake system or better yet with a nice cold air intake, a spacer, and a Sprint Booster pedal commander to truly optimize performance. I wish my Fusion had the V6 but I guess I'll have to enjoy my four banger but an already potent Duratec 3.0L with this and possibly a couple other simple bolt-ons or just this alone can give your Duratec 3.0L V6 Fusion Or Escape a bit more oomph when you hit the gas pedal!
