This smart thermostat has never been used it was gifted to me by the company this past December when they were doing a beta test pre-release because I already own one of their products but I never found the time to hook it up . I have the version one model which is almost identical except for the buttons design and it's great. It's one of the only smart thermostats I could find that is of the high voltage type so it can be used with a in wall electric heater you would find in an apartments or baseboard heat . This is NOT for your HVAC system. Those thermostats are 24v relay driven as this is 120/240v inline . Once you set up the Mysa app you can do things like have the heat turn on or off based on your phones GPS location or link Mysa with Google in the Home app and control the heat with Google assistant with just your voice. I'm not asking much for this since it was gifted to me . It retails for $120. Am willing to haggle a little
