I bought this product after some absolute rave reviews from trusted friends (with bigger feet than me). I have size 6 womens feel with a very low rise / arch / height and my feet are a bit small, narrow, and low in rise to really get maximum benefit from the shiatsu balls. I literally used it once. Before buying, i checked reviews and ratings and it was almost unanimous that this was the best foot massager on the market. Sadly, Slabway went out of business last year and their entire product line has been discontinued. I have the little remote for this, too (not pictured).
