Hey there Up for sale is my 2018 Thor Challenger 37FH. I have a clean and clear NV title in hand and ready to go. I’m asking 118,500. I am only selling as I would like to downsize - I have a unit in mind already so I’d like to sell it fast if possible so I am open to offers, but not in enough of a hurry for any lowball offers. See below what I’d be interested in trading for. BRAND NEW UPGRADED FLOORING - premium vinyl tile with grout gives the appearance of a real tile floor. Newly replaced wall slide motors and controllers. Brand new queen mattress above cab. Brand new slide awning. Registration was just paid for a year (3/1/2024 - $1950) This has 3 slides and opens up into what feels like a normal sized apartment. It’s insanely cozy and can sleep up to six comfortable with the drop down bed above the driver/passenger The pictures show the couch modification and the small amount of damage on the rig to be as transparent as possible. Let’s start off with the few things that are wrong with the rig - There is a small dent on the rear basement compartment as well as a scratch on the one side that was “covered up” by previous owners (see pics). Now lets talk about the good stuff - The old dinette and jackknife sofa have been replaced but a $5,000 cream in cloud sofa that is not only super comfortable - but much more appropriate for the space. I find very few people actually use the dinette, myself included. The sofa has protective covers on each cushion to protect the integrity while still looking cute. Queen bed above driver/passenger holds 500lbs. King electric folding bed in rear and up to 3 additional sleeping spaces on the super comfy couch. Most of the rig can be controlled through your phone. Slides, water pump, holding tank levels, air conditioning and more - all at your fingertips. It’s got 26,950 Miles and runs beautifully. I just installed a $2,000 washer/dryer combo that wasn’t in the unit prior. Tires are in great shape and I installed a tire pressure monitoring system Average suggested retail for the rig is 134,466 (see photos) A quick search for this unit only two are for sale that match exactly - both of which are asking 125k+ so should be priced relatively competitively. I am interested in trading for a 2021 Jayco Melbourne Prestige or a Tiffin Wayfarer of similar value. I do want a 2021+ model as it has the updated cockpit.
