1967 Glasspar G3

NOT CURRENTLY RUNNING!!!! IF THE POST IS UP, IT IS STILL AVAILABLE, DONT WASTE MY TIME!! I am I selling my beloved ‘67 lake ripper! I have owned this boat for 6 years and never had any issues with it until last year. The motor turns but will not fire up. I replaced the starter solenoid which seemed like it was the answer, but I still can’t get it to turn over. Maybe a new starter or possibly just a tune up and new plugs? Anyway, I bough a bigger, Sound-worthy boat and I don’t have the time or energy to deal with this one anymore. This boat is 14’ and in really nice shape for its age, beautiful interior. I replaced the transom two years ago due to some pretty intense rot( have photos). I couldn’t find the matching paint, so there are some inconsistencies in the color on the stern. There are a couple small cracks on the windshield from the screws, but they don’t affect performance. I started painting the cowling but never finished. Just needs the clear coating and a new rubber seal, which I have. Motor is a 2-stroke, 1968 Johnson 55hp. Fast and fun!!! This boat comes with a ton of extras: gas cans, life vests, fenders, line, etc… I really hate to sell this beauty, but it’s time to move on and let another lucky person take the reigns! Clean titles in-hand. $1000 OBO!!!! Need this gone ASAP!!!!
