Car Salesman Sean was extremely unprofessional. I wish I had paid attention to all the red flags before letting them keep my down payment. On the day I purchased my car, I watched three different cars cut off mid-drive — including the one I was trying to buy. I ended up picking another vehicle just to make it work.

A week later, the car wouldn’t start. They towed it, and suddenly it worked again. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to take it to BMW for a diagnostic, which should’ve been done before selling it. Shortly after, it started overheating and throwing multiple codes. My mechanic found radiator issues, which cost me over $4,000 out of pocket.

They claimed their warranty only covers the engine and transmission — nothing else. Meanwhile, they continued to pressure me for payments while my car was undrivable. I still made payments until I couldn’t anymore and even called them to pick it up until repairs could be done. Instead, they called it a repossession.

After paying fees to get it back and doing even more repairs (including a tune-up for another $1,000), the car still broke down. I bought the car September 9th, and it was down before the temporary tag even expired on September 22nd.

I’ve lost over $6,000 and only enjoyed the car for two weeks. This dealership does not stand behind their cars, shows no professionalism, and takes advantage of buyers with credit challenges. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere reputable!
