Queen sized murphy wall bed with a very comfortable and pristine Temperpedic mattress. Mattress protector is included. Easy to put up and down. It will need to be detached from the wall, which should be easy. I think you can take it as a whole, or it can be disassembled. I'm not sure how it's done, so please do prior research. There's a few small cracks on the face (shown in picture) but a wood pen could be used to make them not visible. The panel that covers the springs is missing on one side but it's not noticeable when there's pillows on the bed. 1 or 2 springs are missing but the company that installed it ensured me that it's no big deal, and parts can be ordered if desired. The bed originally cost a couple thousand dollars if I recall correctly. Measurements: 88" tall, 67" wide, 16.5" deep.
