Bought in May 2023 and used lightly until August 2023 because the new apartment I moved to had horizontal windows that did not allow for installation of this type of air conditioner. It can be operated with a remote control, via the phone app, or by voice. This air conditioner is in pristine condition, and it’s currently wrapped to protect it from dust or dirt so I haven’t posted pictures of the actual item, but I’m happy to plug it in and show it to any interested buyers in person.
