2010 Mazda Mazda6

The rear control subframe fell down while driving see pic. . Stopped got it towed home. There are two (one week old ) brand new tires on the car. It has $126,000 miles on it. If your a mechanic this is a steal. Parma has a parking ban for winer and I don't have room in the driveway for it to sit while I gather money to fix it. The only other thing wrong with it is the passenger side door will not go up all the way it is down 1/4th of the way and won't go up. Also don't know how to fix that! I'm asking $700 as junking it is offering me $500. It isn't junk it could be fixed perfectly fine so if you got $700 it is yours! It does need flat bed towed out of here as the piece is still falling down. And would scrape the ground.
